Unlike some companies, we do not charge per photo and instead send you all the photos we can, so you have the maximum choice of images to choose from and to assist in showing your property to its full potential. Every single property that is sold or let in the UK is legally required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. EPC’s show would be buyers and tenants how efficiently the home uses energy, the average cost of running the home and gives recommendations on how you could improve the energy efficiency of the home. Please note a floorplan is available at an additional price.

This is the full service we offer. It combines the first two services and adds a floorplan. Floorplans are great for marketing a property as it gives the potential buyer, tenant and customers a real sense of how the property works showing them exactly how it is laid out and the dimensions of rooms.
